Global HR and Organization Director,  he has been the HR Director, the Head of HR Development and the HR Manager for large international IT groups and Banks. He graduated in Education Sciences from the University of Verona and he achieved a Master in Business Administration at the CUOA of Altavilla Vicentina. At the end he continued his studies in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, achieving a Master in MBTI Coach and another one in Counselling. Lecturer for several Masters in the area of Human Resources Management and Development, he has been the creator of the operational protocol for individual development, BeArch (Beavioural Architect), for the development of managers and top managers. He is also a music lover and is still a Universal author and composer. He has been following his passion for many years, after having won the prize for best author and composer of songwriting music in 2013, with the Donida Prize, at the Conservatorio Verdi in Milan. He plays guitar and piano.
