Who we are looking for

We are looking for a robust Business Development professional in Europe, who will be responsible for business negotiations with new organizations.
Our clients are medium to large companies, to which we offer high quality services in the area of Training and Development of their people, and an innovative "Talent Finding" methodology for the search and evaluation of Specialists, Middle and Top Management.

Our services are delivered almost exclusively by remote, taking advantage of advanced communication technologies and increasing the speed of support.
We have been actively working on the European market for years and count among our clients, brands of depth and prestige.

Applicant Features

- Professional who already has real and active contacts/knowledge throughout Italy and abroad.
- Knows or is willing to learn about Human Resources issues, with related projects to support businesses.
- English language proficiency is required.
- High standing, friendliness, persuasive communication and proactivity complete the profile sought
