In over twenty years of collaboration with international companies, we  had the chance and the honour to trace the professional path of thousands of professionals and managers.


The evaluation meeting with our staff has always been a moment of personal and professional growth, with the possibility to write individual growth plans, both professional and personal. The aim was to guide them along a street, plan their departure and push them towards ambitious goals.

The professional, in front of a difficult moment, has the tendency to look for the causes and those responsible for his "professional stalemate", "out of himself or herself", such as the company, their managers, the top management, the market, the fate, the bad luck!
What seems more difficult is to find resources ready to personally question themselves, evaluating all their professional potential and understand how to regain control of their career.
